When it’s 45 degrees outside, it’s hard to play decent soccer and not especially easy to report about it! Nonetheless, Ponte Vedra weathered the cold Thursday night to knock out Stanton in the regional quarterfinals of the FHSAA girls soccer tournament. The score was 2-0 for the Sharks, who won the state championship back in 2012.
